Do you know whether your virtual teams are optimizing their effectiveness?

According to our research, virtual team performance tends to drop off after one year.  Yet, given that 54% of respondents had already been working together for at least 1 year and 77% expect their teams to last longer than another 12 months, organizations should periodically monitor team performance.  This is especially important for teams who will work together over a significant period of time.   Therefore, organizations would benefit from understanding the practices that improve virtual teamwork by assessing issues such as team member engagement, communication, leadership, and trust.

When this assessment tool is used in conjunction with our Building High Performing Virtual Teams skill building module, it is completed prior to the session to enhance the learning experience.
